Please wear comfortable sportswear and bring water to your first free class.

Training time

Tuesday evening from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Sunday morning 10:30 am to 12:30


More course time will be added depending on the student's needs.
 

Location

Tuesday evening and Sunday morning training is held in the southwest corner of Da'an Forest Park, Taipei.
